Response to Office Action

To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 79199443 TRUST (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://uspto.report/TM/79199443/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant is limiting its goods to “computers; pressure gauges; thermometers, not for medical purposes” in Class 9.  Applicant deleted all goods cited by the Examining Attorney as the basis for her likelihood of confusion refusals so Applicant asks that they be withdrawn.

Applicant deleted “computer software (recorded)” from its application.  Action on this application should not be suspended pending the outcome of the applications cited by the Examining Attorney because the parties’ goods are unrelated.

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant hereby deletes the following class of goods/services from the application.
Class 007 for Mufflers for motors and engines; exhausts for motors and engines; superchargers; joints (parts of engines); radiators (cooling) for motors and engines; filters for cleaning cooling air (for engines); injectors for engines; igniting devices for internal combustion engines; valves (parts of machines)
