As requested, the identification of goods has been amended.  It is respectfully submitted that the identification of goods is sufficiently definite for purposes of registration and acceptance is respectfully urged.

 

In response to the Examining Attorney’s request is a download of a brochure showing the use of the subject mark in connection with the offering of various goods. 

 

            It is therefore respectfully submitted that the application is in condition for publication, and further and favorable action in connection therewith is earnestly solicited.
