ARGUMENT(S)
In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

Applicant thanks the Examining Attorney for examining this application. The undersigned submitted a Power of Attorney (through TEAS) signed by the Applicant's representative (hand written) prior to filing this submission. The Examining Attorney required that Applicant amend the identification of goods and services to provide clarification and additional specificity. Applicant is submitting amendments to the identification herewith to address each of the issues raised by the Examining Attorney. Favorable consideration is respectfully requested. The Examining Attorney required that Applicant specify whether the letters "MJC" have any significance in the relevant trade or industry, or as applied to the goods and/or services described in the application, or if such letters represent a "term of art" within Applicant's industry. The letters "MJC" are not a "term of art" within Applicant's industry, nor do they have any other meaning/significance in the relevant trade or industry, or as applied to the goods and/or services. The Examining Attorney also required that Applicant provide a description for the mark, and Applicant is amending the application herewith to adopt the Examining Attorney's suggestion for descriptive language.
