MISCELLANEOUS STATEMENT Regarding the "Not accepted limitation" and the goods clarification issues in Class 21, please be advised that the applicant has recorded a new limitation in Class 21, namely "Cosmetic, brushes; cosmetic spatulas; crystal glassware, namely, wine glasses and wine jugs; boxes for dispensing paper towels for household use; combs; toothbrushes, electric and nonelectric; toothpicks; tea cosies; gloves for household purposes". We assume the above will resolve the outstanding issue. Enclosed please find the WIPO Notice for the limitation matter.
