Thank you for your call this afternoon.  In response to our Motion to Remand and Amend Application, I understand there are still a few amendments to be made to the identification of goods in Class 21 in order for the application to be approved for publication.  (I understand that Class 11 does not require any additional edits.)

 

Based on our phone conversation, below are the proposed revisions:
