Color Claim
The color(s) orange yellow (Pantone 137c), red (Pantone 1795c), light gray (Pantone 5c), dark gray (Pantone 11c), black and gold is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.

Description of mark
The mark consists of the wording VEUVE CLICQUOT appearing in the color black below a crest containing the design of an anchor and the letters VCP, all appearing in the color black, superimposed over the red (Pantone 1795c) wording VVE CLICQUOT PONSARDIN and an arabesque in light gray (Pantone 5c), all surrounded by a dark gray (Pantone 11c) double border and within an orange-yellow (Pantone 137c) shaded rectangle, all appearing beneath an orange-yellow (Pantone 137c) crescent shape featuring two double border circles with a dark gray (Pantone 11c) double border, with one containing a crest containing the design of an anchor and the letters VCP, all appearing in the color black, and the other containing a black shaded circle. The wording VEUVE CLICQUOT appears in black on both sides of the shaded circle and surrounded by a dark gray (Pantone 11c) double border, and there is a thin gold border at the bottom of the crescent shape, on both sides of the shaded circle.
