The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 4402184 SMART-RESOIC (Stylized and/or with Design, see http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/ImageAgent/ImageAgentProxy?getImage=79120293) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

The Name of Owner is altered by USPTO system (that is, the record of UPSTO shows it is "SHINDENGEN ELECTRIC; MANUFACTURING CO.,LTD." ). That is, semi colon is inserted between "ELECTRIC" and "MANUFACTURING" by the USPTO system. It should be noted that the record of WIPO shows the name of owner correctly, that is, "SHINDENGEN ELECTRIC MANUFACTURING CO., LTD." (no semi colon is inserted between "ELECTRIC" and "MANUFACTURING"). Therefore, correction of the record with respect to the name of owner is respectfully requested. And further, the Applicant respectfully requests that a certificate of correction be issued.
