In response to the substantive refusal(s), please note the following:

REMARKS

 

            The Examining Attorney has objected to the identification of goods on the ground that it is indefinite.  Applicant has now amended the identification responsive to this request.

            The Examining Attorney has asked that the applicant submit a claim of ownership of U.S. Reg. No. 3240976.  Applicant has now amended the application responsive to this request.              

            With the above, Applicant submits that all questions are now answered and respectfully requests that this application be passed for publication.
