The identification of services as to International Class 041 is amended to read as follows: “Providing online entertainment services, in the nature of on-line competitions in the field of entertainment, education, culture, sports, and other non-business and
non-commercial fields provided via global computer network, electronic computer networks, and the internet; providing online training services in the nature of courses, seminars, and workshops in the
fields of computers, telecommunications and electronics via global computer network, electronic computer networks, and the internet; provision of online computer games; providing electronic
publications accessible online in the nature of books, periodicals, newspapers, and manuals in the field of education, culture, sports, and entertainment; publishing of electronic books and
periodicals online; quiz events, namely, the production and distribution of quiz shows, and providing on-line quizzes; publishing books, periodicals, newspapers, manuals and other publications except
publicity texts; provision of non-downloadable radio and television programmes via a video-on-demand service, provision of audiovisual entertainment in the nature of films and radio and television
programmes distributed via various platforms across multiple forms of transmission media, provision of non-downloadable digital film files via a video on demand service, provision of non-downloadable
music files via an audio-on-demand service; entertainment services in the nature of continuing variety, news and comedy shows broadcast via radio, television, global computers
network, the internet, electronic computer networks or mobile communication devices; news agencies, namely, gathering news through the compilation of current affairs programs; provision of online
computer games via the Internet; social club services, namely, arranging, organizing, and hosting social events, get-togethers, and parties for club members; online library which feature acquired
electronic information and archive information in the nature of newspapers, magazines, photographs, and pictures in written, sound and/or video form via an online computer network; online
translations services originating from a computerized data bank, the Internet or other electronic networks; organization of online conferences in the field of education, culture, sports, and
entertainment for non-business and non-commercial purposes accessed via network; information and advice on the above services; ticket bookings and pre-sale for sports, cultural events and other
