EXPLANATION OF FILING
This registration was originally granted for "Magnetic data carriers, namely, blank video tapes and recording discs, and prerecorded video tapes and video discs in the field of aviation, sports aerobatics, flying competitions, entertainment, athletic competitions, and exhibitions" in class 9. Due to the cessation of magnetic video tapes as an accepted technology, registrant amended this term to "Magnetic data carriers, namely, video discs in the field of aviation, sports, aerobatics, flying competitions, entertainment, athletic competitions, and exhibitions" in the section 71 as accepted on December 4, 2018. Currently, video discs are read optically rather than magnetically, and we request that the term be further amended to "video discs in the field of aviation, sports, aerobatics, flying competitions, entertainment, athletic competitions, and exhibitions" in order to more accurately reflect current technology.
