On January 22, 2019, registrant filed a petition to the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Director) to allow amendment to the identification of goods for the above-referenced registration due to technology evolution.  On September 30, 2019, a petition decision was issued requiring additional information and specimens of use of the mark for the goods in the evolved form.  In response, registrant submits the attached specimen of use showing the mark as currently used in connection with "video discs in the field of aviation, sports, aerobatics, flying competitions, entertainment, athletic competitions, and exhibitions."  The mark was first used anywhere in connection with the goods in the evolved form at least as early as September 6, 2006, and first used in commerce in connection with the good sin the evolved from at least as early as September 6, 2006.
