International Class 41.

 

 

Shopping baskets is unclear has been incorrectly classified and may not be moved into a different International Class. Management of competitions is also incorrectly classified and these services may not be added to this application.

 

 

If applicant should fail to respond to this Office action within the six month time limit, then the following goods and/or services will be deleted from the application:  parts of slide film and catalogs, magazines, books, pamphlets, recorded video discs and videotapes and electronic publications, cloth banners and flags.  The application will then proceed forward for the remaining goods and services in IC 9, 14, 16, 20, 24 and 41.  37 C.F.R. §2.65(a).

The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. Section 1052(d).  TMEP section 1105.01.
