            Applicant, Namaste Laboratories, L.L.C., is an Illinois Corporation, existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, with its principal place of business at 13636 S. Western Avenue, 2nd Floor, Blue Island, Illinois 60406, and hereby requests that the above application be divided in accordance with 37 C.F.R. §2.87.

            This Request to Divide is submitted in connection with the following: 

·        International Class 3:  hair care preparations

 

            Accordingly, Applicant respectfully requests that the remaining services, “skin clarifiers; skin cleansers; skin cleansing lotion; skin conditioners; skin cream; skin emollients; skin lotion; skin soap; skin masks; skin moisturizers; skin moisturizer masks; skin toners; non-medicated skin serum; shaving preparations; shaving foam; shaving balm; shaving gel; and shaving cream ” in International Class 3, remain pending in a separate trademark application.

            This request is being filed so that part of the application may proceed to registration for those goods for which the mark is already in use in commerce.  Applicant bases this Request to

Divide upon its continued bona fide intention to use the mark on or in connection with all of the remaining services listed in the application.
