To the Commissioner for Trademarks:

Application serial no. 78959907 has been amended as follows:

CLASSIFICATION AND LISTING OF GOODS/SERVICES
Applicant proposes to amend the following class of goods/services in the application:
Current: Class 040 for Custom manufacture of tools and machine parts, namely, end mills, drill bits, reamers, burs, rotary files, countersinks, router bits and boring tools; sharpening and reconstructing the aforesaid cutting tools
Original Filing Basis:
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services as of the filing date of the application. (15 U.S.C. Section 1051(b)).

Proposed: Class 040 for Custom manufacture of tools and machine parts, namely, end mills, drill bits, reamers, burs, rotary files, countersinks, router bits and boring tools

Applicant hereby adds the following class of goods/services to the application:
New: Class 037 for Sharpening and reconstructing power-operated tools, namely end mills, drill bits, reamers, burs, rotary files, countersinks, router bits and boring tools
Filing Basis: Section 1(b), Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention to use or use through the applicant's related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services as of the filing date of the application. "The mark consists of The color white appears in the wording MENLO which is written in the center of the oval. The right side of the oval appears in gray with a gray stripe appearing on the outside of the oval and the color orange appears on the left side with an orange stripe appearing on the outside of the oval.."

"The color(s) white, orange and gray is/are claimed as a feature of the mark."
