REMARKS
In this Office Action, the Examiner raised two issues with respect to the application. First, the Examiner objected to the identification of goods and services, requiring clarification. Second, the Examiner requested that the Applicant claim ownership of U.S. Registration No. 3099286. Each issue will be addressed in turn. 1. Identification of Goods and Services.The Applicant has amended the identification of goods and services to read as above, largely in conformity with the Examiner’s request. The amendment clarifies the identification without expanding or adding to those goods and services identified in the original application. See 37 C.F.R. § 2.71(a); TMEP § 1402.06. Accordingly, the Applicant respectfully submits that the amended identification of goods and services is acceptable. 2. Claim of Ownership of Prior Registration.Pursuant to the Examiner’s request, the Applicant has amended the application to include a claim of ownership of U.S. Registration No. 3099286. CONCLUSION In light of the above, the Applicant believes that it has responded to all issues raised in the Office Action and respectfully requests that the application be passed to publication.
