EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant Ermico Enterprises, Inc. has discovered a Registrant/Owner-generated error in Registration No. 3394911 for the mark VENTURE. The error, made in good faith, is that the applicant identified as “Ermico, Inc.” a California corporation, at all times was incorporated as “Ermico Enterprises, Inc”. The naming of the Registrant in the registration omits the word “Enterprises”, but not “Ermico, Inc.” This is a correction of an inadvertent error within TMEP § 1201.02(c).
