Translation of Non-English Wording in Mark

 

Applicant must submit an English translation of the mark.  37 C.F.R. §2.61(b); TMEP §809.  The following translation statement is suggested:  “The English translation of FIORE is FLOWER.” (see attached dictionary definitions for translation)  Also see prior U.S. Registration Nos. 281747, 1964224, 1970531 and 2539756.  See attachments.

 

$50 Per Class Fee Required - TEAS Plus Status Lost
