In response to the “Potential Refusal under Section 2(d)” in the Office Action, Applicant respectfully requests that this potential refusal be withdrawn in light of the abandonment of the cited mark, Serial No. 78/739110.

Applicant hereby amends the following class of goods/services in the application as follows:
Current: Class 025 for clothing
Original Filing Basis: 1(a).
Proposed: Class 025 for Women's clothing, namely, tops, blouses and jackets

Additional Statements

In response to the “Specimen” requirement in the Office Action, Applicant hereby submits a more legible photo of the specimen submitted with the application. Applicant understands that it is not necessary at this time to submit a Declaration of Substitution Specimen, and respectfully requests that the Trademark Attorney accept this specimen.
