Upon further review, after call from Jessie K. Reider, 562.432.0453, June 18, 2007 and conversation with Ms. Reider it is noted and confirmed that applicant amended to Section 1(b) in the response dated June 01, 2007. Therefor the specimen / drawing page issue presently moot and withdrawn.
