Applicant must clarify the identification of services to specify the common commercial or generic name for the services. If there is no common commercial or generic name for the services, then applicant must describe the nature of the services as well as their main purpose, channels of trade, and the intended consumer(s). Applicant may adopt the following identification of services, if accurate: TMEP §1402.01.
Class 035 Providing a website for scuba divers featuring information and services related to scuba diving, namely, job postings for dive leaders, business management information on dive shops, registration services of scuba passports, and replacement ordering services of scuba certification cards.
