The following were discussed in communication with Ned Himmelrich, Esq., on June 26, 2006, and July 5, 2006.  Applicant must respond to each requirement raised below.

 

RECITATION OF SERVICES

The entire identification of services for International Class 36 is unacceptable as indefinite.  Applicant’s services are currently identified as “pet health insurance.” 

 

The applicant must clarify the identification of services to indicate the nature and type of the pet health insurance services provided.  TMEP §1402.01.  Applicant may adopt the following suggestion, if accurate:

 

“INSURANCE UNDERWRITING SERVICES FOR THE BENEFITS OF PETS” in International Class 36.   TMEP §1402.01.
