business as TURRINI WINE & SPIRITS. This assignment was recorded on October 4, 2007, at Reel 3634, Frame 0279, before the application matured into the above‐indicated registration on
October 9, 2007. On October 10, 2007, STEPHEN R. TURRINI assigned the registration to the current Registrant listed in the TARR status information, FT 245 CORPORATION, a New York corporation. This
assignment was recorded on October 23, 2007, at Reel 3645, Frame 0248. Pursuant, to TMEP § 502.03, Registrant hereby requests that the USPTO issue a Certificate of Correction so that Registrant's
