EXPLANATION OF FILING

When the manager of the Registrant filed the initial application, he listed the Registrant, Face Forward Technologies, LLC as a "Limited Liability Corporation".  However, this was in error as the Registrant's entity type is a "LLC" which is a limited liability company not a corporation.   Therefore, a correction needs to be made to the original filing to correct the Registration's form of entity to a "Limited Liability Company."
