The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 3150806 EASYPOD(Standard Characters, see http://uspto.report/TM/78706220/mark.png) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

In the certificate of registration, Registrant's type of entity is identified as a "sociedad anonima", which are the Spanish words for "limited company". The correct wording for Applicant’s type of entity are the French words "société anonyme", which have the same meaning in English (i.e., “limited company”) . The difference is that under Swiss law, "societe anonyme" is the correct term whereas "sociedad anonima" is not.  The mistake was made in good faith by counsel for the Registrant who filed the underlying application for registration of the mark.

Registrant thus requests that the certificate of registration be amended to show that Registrant is a "société anonyme". Registrant also believes that no republication of the mark is necessary by such an amendment which is purely technical in nature, as the amendment has no effect upon the registered mark nor the good/services identified in the registration.
