The assigned examining attorney has reviewed the referenced application and determined the following.
The Office records have been searched and no similar registered or pending mark has been found that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.
The identification of goods is unacceptable as indefinite because it does not contain sufficient information about the specified goods. Specifically, the wording “computer game in the identification is too vague and may involve goods in International Class 9 and/or 29 and the applicant is required to provide additional information regarding the nature of the goods as indicated below in bold print. Accordingly, the applicant is required to amend the application by clarifying the nature of the goods in accordance with the statutory and office guidelines. The applicant is referred to the Office’s website at www.gov.uspto.report/web/offices/tac/doc/gsmaual/ for additional information regarding the classification and identification of the applicant's goods.
Applicant may adopt the following identification of goods, if accurate: TMEP §1402.01.
