"The non-Latin character(s) in the mark transliterates into CGLE (China Ganoderma Lucidum Essence) , and this means Chinese Reishi Mushrooms Essence in English." |
MISCELLANEOUS STATEMENT |
We have seen U.S. Registration No. 2287263 and see no reason to believe there may be confusion with our mark. The other is two characters only, and means something completely
different. Ours is five characters. The only character in common is the first one, which means "China" or "middle" or "center." It is very commonly and broadly used, much like "American," or
"General" or "Modern." The name China Ganoderma Lucidum Essence refers of the use of Reishi Mushrooms in the product. It has no geographical significance or other meaning in a foreign language. No
claim is made to the exclusive right to use China Ganoderma Lucidum Essence and the Chinese characters apart from the mark as shown. |
