I write in response to the December 19, 2005 office action for serial no. 78/636,043 for "Kanga" in International Class 41. The office action was addressed to William Jemas, the CEO of our company, 360ep, Inc. Mr. Jemas has asked me to respond.

In that office action, you had asked for clarification in the identification of services. Please be advised that we would propose that the services be listed as follows:

"Class 41: Electronic publishing services, namely publication of text and graphic works of others featuring animation and comics; publishing of books, magazines and web magazines."

I believe that this modification is consistent with the proposal set forth in the office action.

If you need more information or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Similarly, if the PTO requires a more formal response to the office action, we would be happy to prepare one.
