This letter responds to applicant’s communication filed on March 21, 2006, in which the applicant submitted a substitute specimen.  The substitute specimen is noted and accepted.  However, the applicant should note the subsequent requirement listed below.

 

LIMITED PARTNERSHIP – NAMES AND CITIZENSHIP OF GENERAL PARTNERS NECESSARY

 

Applicant must specify the names and the national citizenship (for individuals) or the U.S. state or foreign country of organization or incorporation of the general partners, as appropriate.  37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(3)(iii); TMEP §§803.03(b) and 803.04.  The applicant must list the names and citizenship of at least the first ten general partners, if applicable.
