Upon further review the services currently listed in Class 43, namely, “Providing facilities for concerts, plays, "how to" performances and demonstrations, musical and comedy shows, visual and audio performances and magic shows” have been amended to Class 41. Class 41 is the appropriate class for these services.
The fee will be refunded for the Class that the applicant was required to add to the application. The examining attorney apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused the applicant.
