The registrant requests the following amendment(s) to registration no. 3099286 CAYENNE(Standard Characters, see http://tess2.gov.uspto.report/ImageAgent/ImageAgentProxy?getImage=78498119) has been amended as follows:

EXPLANATION OF FILING

This Section 7 Request is being filed to correct an error in the entity type of the Registrant.  The above-identified Registrant hereby states that the Certificate of Registration of this mark contains an error, which occurred in good faith and through the fault of the Registrant, and therefore requests issuance of a Certificate of Correction pursuant to Section 7(h) of the Act of July 5, 1946. 

 

An error was made in identifying the entity type of the Registrant at the time the application was filed on October 12, 2004 under Serial No. 78/498,119, and the Registrant wishes to correct this error.  Specifically, the Registrant should have been identified as a “limited liability company of Wisconsin” rather than as a “limited liability corporation of Wisconsin.”  The Registrant was a limited liability company at the time the application was filed, and the identification of the Registrant as a limited liability corporation was an unintentional error.
