Duplicate Applications

 

The applicant has also filed Application Serial No. 78/449666.  Because these applications are identical, the applicant must abandon one of them.  The Patent and Trademark Office will not issue duplicate registrations.  TMEP §703.

 

It is recommended that applicant expressly abandon this application because Application Serial No. 78/449666 has the earlier filing date of 7/13/04.
