EXPLANATION OF FILING

Registrant hereby requests that the ownership of the registration be corrected as follows:

The Registrant’s company name was mistakenly identified as CheckFree Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation rather than CheckFree Services Corporation, a Delaware corporation.  CheckFree Services, Inc. did not exist as a legal entity on the application filing date.  The mistake occurred inadvertently through the fault of the Registrant due to a typographical error.  The registration should be properly in the name of CheckFree Services Corporation, which is the legal entity.  Accordingly, under TMEP Section 1201.02(c), this is a correctable error.
