The likelihood of confusion refusal regarding U.S. Registration No. 2440469 has been withdrawn.
The likelihood of confusion refusal regarding U.S. Registration No. 0876434 is maintained pending changes to the assignment. The applicant must make the necessary changes with the assignment branch to prove ownership.
It is noted that an assignment involving this application is presently pending before the Office. Action is suspended on this application pending recordation of the assignment.
