The Office records have been searched and no similar registered or pending mark has been found that would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. §1052(d). TMEP §704.02.
Applicant must amend the “Applicant’s Name” and “Applicant’s Entity Type” sections of the application to identify itself as follows, if accurate: “Sanford, L.P., a partnership organized under the laws of Illinois, composed of Newell Operating Company, a indicate state of incorporation corporation” Applicant must list all general partners and their U.S. state of their organization or incorporation, as appropriate. 37 C.F.R. §2.32(a)(3)(iii); TMEP §§803.03(b) and 803.04.
