The assigned examining attorney has reviewed the referenced application and determined the following.  The examining attorney has searched the Office records and has found no similar registered or pending mark which would bar registration under Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. Section 1052(d).  TMEP section 1105.01.

Entity Uncertain

Applicant indicated that the name of the Applicant is BARE, an individual with United States citizenship.  This seems an unlikely name for an individual.  Furthermore, Applicant signed the application, as Dana Michel, president.  It appears that BARE is the name of the Applicant and that Applicant is a corporation of some sort.  Applicant must clarify this discrepancy and indicate the correct and true entity of the Applicant, and the jurisdiction wherein Applicant is organized  (e.g. “Applicant is a New York corporation.”)
