Based on Foreign Registration: Applicant has a bona fide intention to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods and/or services, and will submit a certification or certified copy of the foreign registration before the application may proceed to registration. 15 U. S.C. Section 1126(e), as amended.

The applicant will submit PR China registration number 1350096, registered 01/07/2000 with a renewal date of 01/06/2010 and an expiration date of 01/06/2010 before the application may proceed to U.S. registration, under Section 44(e) (15 U.S.C. Section 1126(e):
