NOTICE OF SUSPENSION
This letter responds to the applicant’s communication filed on September 17, 2003.
The copy of the German Registration was received and has been entered into the record. Please note, that the Registration indicates that it will expire on November 30, 2004. Accordingly, if the applicant files a renewal the applicant should inform the examining attorney. In any case, the German registration must be in force at the time the current application is registered.
As requested, action on this application is suspended for six (6) months to allow the applicant to expedite the cancellation and/or expiration of its own Registration No. 2050248 in order to avoid the issuing of duplicate Registrations. TMEP Section 703.
