The "Entity Type" for Registrant, Pet Food Centers, LLC, was incorrectly entered on the application.  The "Entity Type" was entered as a "Indiana limited liability joint stock company" and should have been entered as a "Indiana limited liability company".  Registrant requests that the "Entity Type" for Registrant, Pet Food Centers, LLC, be corrected from "limited liability joint stock company" to "limited liability company".
