Applicant: Colgate-Palmolive Company
Mark: SPEED STICK 24/7 NEVER QUITS
Ser. No.: 78/214310
Appln date: Feb. 13, 2003
Dear Ms. Briscoe,
It has just come to the atttention of the Applicant that the record for the
above-identified application contains an error. On August 6, 2003, the
Examining Attorney - Ms. Idi Aisha Clarke, of Law Office 105, issued an
Examiner's Amendment stating that the application was being amended to
indicate that "No claim is made to the exclusive right to use "STICK 24/7"
apart from the mark as shown. Applicant presented successful arguments
against the disclaimer. The Examiner then issued a subsequent Examiner's
Amendment on August 15, 2003 indicating that the disclaimer would instead
read as follows: "No claim is made to the exclusive right to use "STICK"
and "24/7" apart from the mark as shown". The record of the
above-identified application, however, still incorrectly shows the
disclaimer as "STICK 24/7". Applicant respectfully requests that the
disclaimer in the subject application be corrected to show "STICK" and
"24/7" as separately disclaimed.
Respectfully submitted,
Felicia G. Traub
