The applicant, Shimano Inc., having an address of 77 Oimatsu-cho 3-cho, Sakai, Osaka, Japan 590-8577, is using or is using through a related company or licensee the mark in commerce on or in connection with the goods and/or services as follows:

For International Class: 012, the applicant, or the applicant's related company or licensee, is using the mark in commerce on or in connection with all goods and/or services listed in the application or Notice of Allowance, except the following: Bicycles, hubs, bicycle dynamo hubs, hub quick release levers, gear release levers, front derailleurs, rear derailleurs, chain guides, freewheels, sprockets, pulleys, chains, chain deflectors, shift cables, cranks, crank sets, chain wheels, pedals, toe clips, brake levers, front brakes, rear brakes, brake cables, brake shoes, rims, wheels, spokes, spoke clips, bottom brackets, seat pillars, seat pillar quick release, head parts for frame-fork assembly, frames, suspensions, handlebars, handle stems, grips for handlebars, saddles, mud guards, kick stands, carriers, bells, horns, rearview mirrors for bicycles, derailleurs controlled by computer, wheel bags for bicycles, anti-theft alarms for bicycles, anti-theft devices for bicycles, dynamos for bicycles, direction indicators for bicycles.
The mark was first used by the applicant, or the applicant's related company, licensee, or predecessor in interest at least as early as 03/12/2004, and first used in commerce at least as early as 06/26/2005, and is now in use in such commerce. The applicant is submitting one specimen for the class showing the mark as used in commerce on or in connection with any item in the class, consisting of a(n) scanned photographs showing the mark on the goods (see, e.g,. part no. SM-BC05).
