DISCUSSION
The Examiner requested that Applicant also translate the word SUAVITEL.
However, this is a coined term and thus has no translation. Further,
Applicant has already secured registrations for the coined term SUAVITEL
alone and in design format under registration numbers 2415599 and 2276146,
as previously identified in its application request for the above
referenced mark.
CONCLUSION
In light of the foregoing, and since all of the points raised by the
Examining Attorney have been addressed, Applicant respectfully requests
that this application No. 78/185984 be passed to publication.
