EXAMINER’S AMENDMENT

 

In accordance with the authorization granted by Randi S. Miller, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e).  No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment.  If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.

 

The identification requirement for Class 3 goods is withdrawn.

 

The identification of goods in Class 9 is amended as follows:

 

“Converters, electrical power extension cords, battery testers, battery eliminators for converting electric power, electrical cables, electrical connectors, adaptors, voltage converters, voltage surge protectors, antennas, adapter plugs and jacks, electrical transformers, electric wall plates, splitters and switches all being accessories or components of consumer electronic devices or electrical and electronic appliances which are designed to be movable and capable of use in home, office, vehicles or carried on the person, or accessories or components for personal computers, monitors or data storage devices; remote controls for consumer electronic video and audio products, namely, televisions, pagers, radios, audio and video cassette, tape and disk players and recorders and home theater systems; remote control extenders; camcorder accessories, namely, tripods, rechargeable batteries and cases; electrical connecting cords; wireless video systems comprising video monitors and cameras; musical keyboard accessories, namely, ac power cords, earphones; cable converters; media storage, namely, compact disk and cassette storage cases; multimedia storage system comprising racks and towers; wired and remote speakers for consumer electronic audio and video products, namely, televisions, radios, audio and videocassette tape and disk players and recorders and home theater systems; audio and video accessories namely, 45 rpm record inserts and adapters; blank audio and videotapes; video cassette rewinders, electric combiners and separators for splitting and combining radio frequency and audio and video signals, video cassette recorder locks, television turntables, speaker wire, earphones, earphone extension cords; head cleaning and demagnetizing tapes for audio and video cassettes, tape and disk players and recorders; video cassette recorders containing clocks; dust covers for consumer electronic video products, namely, televisions, audio and video cassette, tape and disk players and recorders; video game joysticks” in Class 9.
