In accordance with the authorization granted by Stan Macel on January 27, 2003, the application has been AMENDED as indicated below.  Please note that if the identification of goods or services has been amended below, any future amendments must be in accordance with 37 C.F.R. 2.71(a); TMEP section 1402.07(e).  No response is necessary unless there is an objection to the amendment.  If there is an objection to the amendment, the applicant should notify the examining attorney immediately.

 

Identification

 

The identification is amended to read as follows:

 

Public relations services, namely, creating corporate and brand identity for others in the fields of health care and pharmaceuticals; and organizing and conducting exhibitions in the medical and pharmaceutical fields for commercial purposes in Class 35.

 

Database development services, namely, design and development of a databases containing medical and pharmaceutical information; scientific and medical research; written text editing, namely, the editing of medical and pharmaceutical books, brochures, newspapers, journals and newsletters all featuring information on current healthcare and pharmaceuticals issues; providing an on-line computer database featuring pharmaceutical information; and information on current medical studies, clinical trials and on current health care and pharmaceuticals issues in Class 42.

 

The identifications in the remaining classes are acceptable.
