Application serial no. 78008480 has been amended as follows:

Additional Statements

Applicant of the above-identified application, Dada Corporation, submits herewith an Amendment to delete list of goods related "clothing" and "shoes" from the application. Therefore, the application now does not have a conflict with 75/628,198. Also, please note that the application numbers 75/606,169 and 75/606,168 have been amended to delete "hats" therefrom by their applicant, Kyarra Inspires incorporated on 7/24/2006. As a result, the application does not have any conflict with 75/606,169 and 75/606,168 as well as 75/628,198. Accordingly, Applicant requests that the application be approved for publication. Should any question arise, the Examiner is encouraged to contact the undersigned attorney for Applicant.
