EXPLANATION OF MARK’S SIGNIFICANCE REQUIRED
IDENTIFICATION OF GOODS
The identification of goods is not acceptable because some of the goods are not sufficiently identified. TMEP Section 1402.01.
The wording “Flavored liquid, powder and pill form hydration solutions” is indefinite and may be amended to, if accurate: “Oral hydration solutions in flavored liquid, powder and pill form, for medical use.”
The wording “Medical apparatus; liquid dispensers and delivery mechanisms” is indefinite. The type or use of the medical apparatus must be stated. Clarification concerning the type and use of the dispensers and delivery mechanisms is required.
The wording “multi-function dispensors for medical and hydration purposes” is indefinite and may be amended, if accurate, to: “multi-function dispensers of medicine and hydration solutions for medical use.”
