REMARKS Applicant thanks the Examining Attorney for the thorough consideration given the present application. The Applicant states that the
its legal entity is that of a "limited company" (Ltd.) which is equivalent to a company with the designation "Inc." in the U.S.; therefore, the Applicant designates the entity type "corporation" and
states that it is incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Applicant also states that the wording "LOTTE" has no meaning in a foreign language and has amended the description of the
mark according to the Examining Attorney's suggestion. There being no other issues raised in the Office Action, Applicant believes that the present application is in condition for publication. An
early Notice of Publication is respectfully requested. Please charge any fees or credit any overpayment pursuant to 37 CFR § 2.6 to Deposit Account No. 02-2448. If the Examiner has any questions
