Remand Letter

Pursuant to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s (the “Board”) action dated August 18, 2011, granting the examining attorney’s motion to remand for the purpose of attaching additional evidence, attached hereto is the additional evidence, which was referenced in the Office action dated November 13, 2010.
