1)      Does “OPEN” or “OPENRL” or “OPEN RL” have any meaning in relation to the applicant’s computer software or it’s function?  Please explain.

2)      Is “RL” an acronym for “reciprocal link,” “reciprocal license” or “resource locator” and does it have any meaning in relation to the applicant’s computer software or it’s function? Please explain.

3)      Does the applicant’s computer software use an open system, an open source reciprocal license or an open source reciprocal link? Please explain.
