EXPLANATION OF FILING

An amendment on the certificate of the referenced mark is needed in regard to the applicant's name. Due to a minor clerical error at the time of applying for the referenced mark, the owner was misidentified. The applicant and owner of this mark is a Puerto Rico Corporation, as it shows from the certificate. Nonetheless, the correct name of applicant is "Diabetic Supply of Suncoast, Inc.". The mistake consisted on omitting the "Inc." at the end of applicant's name. Accordingly, the requested amendment does not result in a change of entity.
