The request to divide the above-identified application filed on March 13, 2013 is incomplete and cannot be processed until $1300 in fees are submitted. Applicant has thirty (30) days from the issuance date of this letter to submit the required fees. If the necessary fees are not submitted within the specified time period, the request to divide will not be processed.
In the present case, since applicant is dividing out some, but not all, of the goods and/or services within a single classes 18, 20, 21, and 25, a total of $1400 in new application fees is required. Applicant has already paid $100 in fees and must submit the difference in the amount of $1300.
